Google Helpouts Part 1

I am actually kind of impressed with how Google Helpouts is looking.  You can go to the page, and search for anything you need help on.  Watch a video, or join in on a hangout to take part in a course someone is offering to learn what you need to learn.  Some seem to be offering videos for free.  Others are offering them at a small fee.

Bringing Back Disqus!

Okay, so after a few months of toying with Google+ Comments, I have realized how much I did not like using it on Blogger.  It is entirely to ugly, and bumpy.  Now, this doesn't mean my blogs won't be auto-shared to Google+ like before.  Oh no, they will continue to do so.  I just don't need to worry about the ugly, disarray of comments caused by it.

Using Multiple Cloud Storage Sites to Back Up Your Stuff

cloud-on-cloudCloud storage sites, like Box, Dropbox and SugarSync offer free packages to get you into using their services.  Then they encourage you to buy subscriptions for services larger than the usual 5 to 15 GB introductory packages.  However, not everyone wants to purchase these packages for whatever their reasons, but also want to have enough space in the cloud to back up their important stuff.  So, what can one do to have more space, without spending a dime?

Store Your Life in the Cloud

Do you use cloud storage?  If so, I bet you are a Dropbox user.  Maybe a Box.com user?  A lot of us also use Google Drive, Microsoft's Skydrive and Apple's iCloud.  However, we all run into the issue that if we install the clients onto our desktop for these particular services, including all that I have just mentioned, we are forced to use a "default" folder that we have to store everything we want to back up into.  Personally, I find this frustrating, and logistically "wrong".  These two I am about to mention are personal favorites that not only get the job done, but have one particular feature I LOVE!
